Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy for orders most of the year.  For orders placed from November 15 - January 1, you have 60 days to process a return. To place a return, please reach out to contact@ShadesofGreen.com. Just a reminder, if you are returning a gift, make sure to have the order # or email address of the person who purchased the order.

If any Product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform us as soon as possible, preferably via email or in writing, giving your name, address and order reference. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

Except for final sale items, we accept Products for returns and exchanges if requests are submitted within 30 days of receiving the order (in its entirety). To return or exchange your Product(s), please email us at contact@shadesofgreen.com with your name, address, order number and the Product(s) you would like to exchange or return. After we receive your written request, we will respond with further instructions about returning the Product(s) to us.

How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love what you got from us here at Shades of Green. Please reach out to contact@ShadesofGreen.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.
Shades of Green packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to contact@ShadesofGreen.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

How long does it take to process a return?
Upon receiving the returned Product(s) from you, we will process any refund due to you as soon as possible. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment, including the cost of standard delivery; however, we will not refund your cost of returning the Product(s) to us. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid. For more information about returns and exchanges, please see here.

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after we have received the product.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Oh no! If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at contact@ShadesofGreen.com and we’ll be sure to get you the Shades of Green you ordered!

How do gift returns or exchanges work?
If you were gifted Shades of Green but it isn't what you had in mind, you can return your unused items for store credit. Please reach out to contact@ShadesofGreen.com with the gifter's first and last name, email address, and the products you’d like to return or exchange (we won’t tell the gifter!). Once locating the original order, we'll help take care of it!
