We are experiencing shipping delays due to carrier delays, COVID-19 and increased order volume. Your order may take a little longer to arrive, and we sincerely appreciate your patience.
When can I expect to receive my Shades of Green package?
We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your Shades of Green can reach you as quickly as possible. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days after the date of the Order Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances and except in the case of pre-orders.

Where does Shades of Green ship?
Shades of Green currently ships to all 50 states within the United States. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO addresses. Some products (Naturepedic Toppers and Mattresses) only ship to lower 48 states.
Tell me about shipping in the U.S.
We offer a few shipping speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can't.
Standard shipping is free when you spend $150 or more. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for us to receive and process your order. Please note, we only offer Rush Shipping to the 48 contiguous states.
When will my order ship?
Three simple steps: you place an order, we process it, then we ship.
Ordering only takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1 P.M. PT are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. And then it’s on the way!
How long will it take to ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these states will take about 6-12 business days. Some products (Naturepedic mattresses and toppers) only ship to the lower 48 states.
I'm having problems with the tracking.
Sometimes, the carrier takes a few extra business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us at contact@ShadesofGreen.com. We can give you the inside info.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If you need to modify your shipping address, please email contact@ShadesofGreen.com.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. If we are unable to deliver to your delivery address, for example if your delivery address is geographically remote, we will notify you before we accept your order. Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.
